BINH MINH RESTAURANT
In keeping with the resort’s Indochine-inspired design, the three-storey dining space reflects the culture and architecture of Central Vietnam. The ground floor hosts the daily breakfast buffet and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The buffet selection changes regularly throughout the week, giving guests a varied start to each day.
On the second floor, guests can enjoy a quieter and more intimate dining experience. The menu draws inspiration from the ingredients and culinary traditions of Central Vietnam, with many dishes highlighting flavours from the surrounding region. Healthy, vegetarian and other dietary options are also available.
Among the restaurant’s highlights are fresh local seafood and seasonal signature dishes prepared with carefully selected ingredients. Special dining arrangements may also be available for selected occasions, subject to advance reservation.
